5-Day Club®
in Clare
The summer is in full
swing and God
continues to open many doors!
The
schedule is full with
5-Day Clubs®,
Vacation Bible Schools and fairs in six counties!! We are
scheduled to have a “Bible Story Tent” @ the Gratiot County Fair
in Alma (working with CEF®
of East Central) July 18th-23rd;
the Clare County Fair in
Harrison July 30th-Aug. 7th; the Osceola County Fair in Evart Aug
3rd-7th; the Isabella County Fair in Mt. Pleasant Aug 8th-14th;
and Roscommon County Fair in Roscommon Aug. 13th, 14th, 15th.

Kenya, Africa
I recently
visited with Joseph Kavuli, CEF Regional Director of East
and Central Africa, as he was in Michigan. Joseph and Peter
Kilungu, the CEF National Director of
Kenya,
have both, thankfully, asked me to return to Nairobi, Kenya in
December! If God allows and the CEF boards approve,
I would love go back. I am so grateful for the possible
opportunity to serve Christ again in a return trip to
Africa. I would be involved in helping with the training of
the African students @ CYIA in Nairobi! God is so
good!! |

Christian Youth in Action®
I had the
blessing of working with 76 students and student staff teens from
all over Michigan at our CYIA training in Grand Rapids at
the end of June. What a joy to see so many hearts ready to serve
Christ this summer by reaching children with the gospel through
5-Day Clubs. May God use them in a mighty way and bless
them richly!

Prayer Request
Would you please pray
for the financial needs of the ministry? The opportunities for ministry
are growing so much faster than the resources are. At this point, I am
not getting paid or reimbursed for expenses but am so thankful to be
reaching so many children with the gospel. I do not want to turn down
opportunities waiting for funds. I am hoping not to have to return to
part-time work in the fall. Please pray for wisdom for Jim and me as
we seek God’s direction in this matter. THANK YOU!!
