Praise and
Prayer Requests for Central CEF®
January 2004 Praises:
- Praise the Lord for the safe trip to Kenya, Africa and
the blessing of working with 37 African students at Christian Youth in Action®!
- Praise the Lord for the 827 children that were reached
with the gospel with 425 decisions for Christ in Kenya during Christian Youth
in Action ®!
- Praise the Lord for the six wonderful teenagers from Michigan
that went with me to Kenya. They did an excellent job, as we served together!
- Praise the Lord for teachers Phyllis Milks and Keren Terry.
They taught Clare Time-Release in December with 37 students and 3 decisions
for Christ!
Prayer Requests:
- Please pray for 11 more Good News Clubs® in
area schools (plus other facilities) and teachers to teach them. I am contacting
Reed City Schools, Harrison Schools, and the Salvation Army in Mt. Pleasant
in January.
- Please pray for the "Teaching Children Effectively" class
to begin on January 10th at Chippewa Hills Baptist Church in Remus. Please
pray for the teachers and students that God would use the class to well equip
others for ministry.
- Please pray for Joseph Kavuli (Regional Director of CEF
in East and Central Africa). His ministry and church in Africa are very much
in need of everything. My prayer is that Central CEF and others may help his
ministry to the children there in Africa.

the ministry!! God is answering your prayers in a mighty way!
