Urgent Prayer Request!
 
 
Please check our praise and prayer pages and be sure to Pray and Praise for our ministry.  We depend heavily on your prayers and trust that they sustain us. The burdens of this ministry sometimes sorely taxes our strength and we know that our strength comes from our Heavenly Father by means of those who pray.

January 2008

Praises:

  1. Praise the Lord for the Teaching Children EffectivelyTM Level 1 class starting this month @ Skeels Christian Academy in Gladwin County! 

  2. Praise the Lord for the Faith Indian Church to the reservation in Mt. Pleasant.  This church wants to host a Good News Club®

    !

  3. Praise the Lord for CEF teacher training in Gaylord for some teens headed to the Dominican Republic!

  4. Praise the Lord for all the children hearing the gospel in our Good News Clubs®!

  5. Praise the Lord for some financial gifts that have come in to help reach the children of Central MI!


 

Prayer Requests:

  1. Please pray for Kenya, Africa.  Many CEF workers there are facing shortages of food, gas and potential violence.

  2. Please pray for Pastor Koop, who serves on our local committee, as he and his wife Sandy are in Pakistan.  Please pray for God’s providential care. 

  3. Please pray for more teachers and helpers.  We need teachers in Mecosta, Osceola and Isabella Counties. 

  4. Please continue to pray for Central’s finances.
