Praises:

1. Praise the Lord for all the Good News Clubs that have been in area schools this past school year! There has been more ministry in the public schools than ever before in Central MI!

2. Praise the Lord for the GNC that Central CEF just finished @ the Big Rapids Housing Project! We had 25 children enrolled! It was a wonderful club!

3. Praise the Lord for the ministry all ready scheduled for this summer. There are 5-Day Clubs planned, or in the scheduling process in Clare, Mt. Pleasant, Shepherd, Big Rapids, Houghton Lake, Evart, Weidman, Barryton and Auburn!!

4. Praise the Lord for some teens and a young adult that plan on taking our Christian Youth in Action training in Grand Rapids this summer!

5. Praise the Lord for Marilyn Romancky of Houghton Lake who just finished some extensive training with CEF in Lansing!

Prayer Requests:

6. Please pray for a few more 5-day Clubs in neighborhoods, trailer parks, apartment complexes, housing projects, etc. this summer. May children's hearts be open!

7. Please continue to pray for Central's finances. We need $1,000. more a month to run the expense of the ministry.

8. Please continue to pray that Lucy Wanjohi of Kenya will be able to come to Michigan in June to be involved in our Christian Youth in Action in Grand Rapids and Detroit. Lucy's US Embassy date to be granted, Lord willing, a VISA is May 25 ( it is very hard for a Kenyan to be issued a VISA).

9. Please pray for safety as we travel thousands of miles a month in the five counties and beyond.
